金秋送爽，硕果飘香。在中秋国庆双节来临之际，本周一，培侨信义学校举办了中秋特色午餐活动及“归根寻源·情满中秋”深港特色游园活动。

The golden autumn greets us with a fruity chill. Upon the arrival of the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day, PKXYS held a special luncheon event and the cultural and recreational fete under the theme of "Returning Home with Mid-Autumn Sentiments."

挂上灯笼，浓郁的中秋佳节气氛，搭配色香味俱全的午餐美食。

Lanterns adorn the dining area, creating a robust Mid-Autumn Festival vibe. The luncheon offers a delightful feast, a perfect combination of color, aroma, and taste.

风清月朗，桂香沁人，家家户户吃月饼，团聚快乐，别有一番节日的味道。今日培侨信义学校餐厅为所有师生准备了自制陈皮豆沙月饼及莲蓉留心月饼。

Under the clear moonlit sky, the aroma of traditional mooncakes fills the air. Every household is indulging in the sweet of mooncakes and the joy of reunion. Today, PKXYS prepared homemade citrus red bean paste and lotus seed paste mooncakes for all students and teachers in the dining hall.

除了月饼，餐厅点心师傅还特意准备了桂花糕，麻团，叉烧酥，流心蛋黄酥，芝麻花，榴莲酥等，同时还准备了柚子，冬枣，红石榴当季水果，整个餐线琳琅满目。

In addition to mooncakes, our dessert chef also prepared treats like osmanthus cake, sesame balls, barbecued pork pastries, molten egg yolk pastries, sesame flowers, and durian pastries. Seasonal fruits such as pomelos, jujubes, and pomegranates were also served, creating a delightful arrays of all feast.

在学校餐厅，每一次活动都希望教与学融为一体，在实践中学习中国传统文化，提供动手能力。

At the dining hall, we aim to integrate teaching and learning, allowing students to experience traditional Chinese culture and accumulate hands-on experience through practical activities.

当天晚间，学校同时举办了“归根寻源·情满中秋”深港特色游园活动，学生们在参与了“逛民俗趣味集市”（有猜灯谜，DIY月饼，“非遗”糖画等）。

On the very evening, we held a special luncheon event and the cultural and recreational fete with the theme of "Returning Home with Mid-Autumn Sentiments", where students participated in a variety of activities such as exploring folk-themed markets (featuring lantern riddles, mooncakes DIY, and sugar painting, one of the intangible cultural heritages).

同时，主持分别介绍了中秋民俗教育，麒麟舞《龙腾麒麟》表演，进行了山歌《八月十五月光光》《客家情》《欢乐小木偶》表演和文化介绍。充分展示了中国传统文化的内涵和魅力。

Meanwhile, students enjoyed performances and cultural presentations, including traditional folk education, a "Qilin Dance" performance, folk songs like "Bright Moon on the Fifteenth of August," "Hakka Sentiments," and "Joyful Puppets," all of which showcased the depth and charm of Chinese traditional culture.
