2024年7月17日，培僑信義第一屆香港文憑試考生迎來成績放榜。三年磨一劍，這屆同學於高中階段才加入培僑信義學校，面對的困難眾多，如從初中的中文學習環境轉為英文授課，從國內課程轉到香港課程，從簡體字轉用繁體字，更先後經歷網課的挑戰等。面對全新的課程體系, 考評制度和學習環境，我校學生仍然秉承著堅毅不撓的精神，努力不懈，取得令人喜出望外的成績。

The results of the 2024 HKDSE examination were released to our students on 17th July 2024. The third year marks a significant milestone for all at PKXYS as it finally received the HKDSE examination results of its first cohort of HKDSE candidates.Our students have been facing numerous challenges, such as transitioning from a Chinese learning environment in junior secondary to an English learning environment; transitioning from the Mainland Curriculum to the Hong Kong Curriculum; and experiencing the challenges of online learning.Despite the challenges faced by our students such as studying a new curriculum, experiencing a new assessment system in a new learning environment, our students have demonstrated perseverance and diligence over the past three years and have achieved commendable performance in the 2024 HKDSE examination.

在應考的12門科目中，有9門科目的平均優良率(等級四或以上)均超過50%。

50% of students attained the distinction-credit level (i.e. Level 4 or above) for 9 subjects out of 12.

超過40%的學生取得了最佳5科20分或以上的佳績。

Over 40% of the students have achieved over 20 marks or above in their best five subejcts.

作為一所重視學生全面發展，拓展學生綜合能力的創新型學校，本校積極開拓及參與多種升學推薦計劃，並取得了斐然成果。早於文憑試發榜前已有喜訊傳來。香港教育局於6月21日公布本年度「學校推薦直接錄取計劃」結果，培僑信義學生齊霽雯榮獲香港大學科研專才啟導課程直接免試錄取，充分認證了本校構建新時代粵港澳大灣區創新示範學校的成績。

As an innovative school that advocates holistic and whole-person development of students, comprehensive abilities, PKXYS has actively explored and participated in various university admission recommendation schemes and has reached remarkable outcomes. Even before the release of the HKDSE results, we had heard from various universities granting conditional offers to our students. On 21 June, the Education Bureau of Hong Kong announced the results of the "School Nominations Direct Admission Scheme" for this year. Our student, Chai Chai Man, was awarded direct admission to the University of Hong Kong's Science Master Class, making it another testament to our school's shared commitment to striving for excellence in education and aspiring to be a role model school nurturing brilliant generations in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area for the new era.

本校具科學特長的學生——姜怡杰、崔元翰，獲「香港大學理學院青年科學家計劃」提前錄取，並享有參與香港大學暑假研究獎學金計劃、海外研究金計劃、國際交流及訪問學習等多種深造機會，更可直接獲得由香港大學提供的入學獎學金，金額由10000-70000港元。姜同學和崔同學文憑試成績優異，成功獲香港大學錄取。

Our scientifically talented students, JIANG Yi Kit, CUI Yuen Hon, was granted early admission to the Faculty of Science’s Young Scientist Scheme at the University of Hong Kong. This experience would enable our young scientist to enjoy numerous opportunities for further studies, including participation in the University's Summer Research Fellowship Scheme, Overseas Research Fellowship Scheme, international exchanges, and study visits. Additionally, he also will be granted an entrance scholarships ranging from HKD 10,000 to HKD 70,000 by the University of Hong Kong. With their outstanding HKDSE results, JIANG and CUI has successfully secured admission to the University of Hong Kong.

Looking Ahead: Nurturing Talents for the Greater Bay Area

培僑信義學校創立於2021年，是一所十五年一貫的寄宿制學校。創校三年來以行動踐行習近平總書記提出的「促進粵港澳青少年廣泛交往、全面交流、深度交融，增強對祖國的向心力」的教育使命。在國家支持和深港兩地政府多部門的助力下，培僑信義學校成為了香港境外於深圳設立的首個、唯一的香港文憑試考場。本校學生正式於2024年4月11日在原校參加文憑試考試，為就讀本校的文憑試考生提供了極大的便利。

Pui Kiu Xinyi School, a 15-year through-train boarding school was founded in 2021. Over the past three years, we have advocated to fulfil the educational mission outlined by President XI Jinping, “promoting extensive and comprehensive exchanges, and profound integration among the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao youth generations, and nurture their sense of belonging to their motherland”. With the support from the nation and the assistance from various departments from the Shenzhen and Hong Kong governments, Pui Kiu Xinyi School successfully and officially became the first and only examination centre for the HKDSE examination in Shenzhen outside of Hong Kong. Our students therefor conveniently sat the 2024 HKDSE examination in their own school.
