Applications for transfer places at Shenzhen Hong Kong Pui Kiu College Longhua Xinyi School for the 2026-2027 academic year are now open. This round is for students intending to enrol in September 2026. A limited number of places are available across both the Hong Kong Curriculum and the Innovation Curriculum. The school aims to provide high-quality education tailored to students from diverse educational backgrounds and progression pathways.

1. Application Process

(1) Complete the application form

Those who are interested in enrolling are required to apply online by completing the application form on our school website.

(2) Application period

29 April 2026 – 28 May 2026

(3) Assessment arrangements

● Selected applicants will be invited to attend a comprehensive assessment.

● Those invited to the assessment or trial lessons must pay a non-refundable application fee of HKD 550.

● Secondary applicants may apply for multiple programmes but must submit separate applications. Primary applicants need to select only one programme.

(4) Start date

Successful applicants will commence in September 2026.

2. Curriculum Options

To support students in planning their academic pathways, the school offers several core tracks. Parents and students are advised to choose based on interests, abilities, and future study goals. Details and application links can be accessed via the QR codes provided.

Hong Kong Curriculum

Open to Grades 1–10, this pathway follows the official Hong Kong curriculum. Students who meet the definition of "Hong Kong children" may pursue the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE). All applicants must sit the entrance assessment.

Innovation Curriculum

Admission is open to students from Grade 1 through Grade 9, aiming to provide diversified educational pathways. The curriculum is designed to cultivate students' academic breadth and transition skills, laying a solid foundation for their future studies. All applicants must satisfy the relevant admission criteria stipulated for student placement in Shenzhen.

3. Upload the Required Documents (The online registration takes about 60 minutes. Parents need to prepare the soft copy of the following documents, reserve ample registration time, and upload them via our online application system.)

● Student's recent colour photo

● Identity document(s) of student

● Identity document(s) of parents

● Copies of school reports

● Learning portfolio: Student resume, recommendation letters, records of extra-curricular activities or awards

4. Fees for the 2026-2027 Academic Year (One academic year consists of two terms. Fees may be adjusted in future years.)

(1) Tuition fee

● Primary (Hong Kong / Innovation Curriculum): RMB 67,700 per term; two terms per year

● Junior Secondary (Hong Kong / Innovation Curriculum): RMB 71,000 per term; two terms per year

● Senior Secondary (Hong Kong / Innovation Curriculum): RMB 80,500 per term; two terms per year

(2) Boarding fee

● RMB 7,200 per term; two terms per year

● The secondary division of our school adopts a boarding system, and all secondary students are required to board.

(3) Meal fee

● Primary: RMB 3,000 per term; two terms per year (lunch)

● Secondary: RMB 7,200 per term; two terms per year (breakfast, lunch, and dinner)

5. Remarks

● Declaration: Our school did not entrust any individuals and organisations with student recruitment or promotion.

● All personal data provided in the application form will be handled by relevant staff of our school. The data will be kept confidential.

● The personal data provided by unsuccessful applicants will be destroyed afterwards.
