9月25日下午，2024—2025年度龍華區委教育工委派駐深圳香港培僑書院龍華信義學校第一書記任職會議在學校400人劇場召開。

In the afternoon of 25th September, the meeting on the appointment of the First Secretary of Shenzhen Hong Kong Pui Kiu College Longhua Xinyi School (PKXYS) by Education Work Committee of Shenzhen Longhua District Committee for the 2024-2025 academic year was held in the 400-seat Theatre of PKXYS.

Appointment Meeting

龍華區委教育工委專職副書記、紀工委書記詹星耀，區教育局工委辦公室主任魏書傑，深圳香港培僑書院龍華信義學校校董佘宋嘉，第一書記黃志雁，學校校長室成員以及教師代表參加了會議。會議由校長黃騰達主持。

The meeting was attended by Mr. ZHAN Xingyao, the full-time Deputy Secretary of Education Work Committee of Shenzhen Longhua District Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Work Committee; Mr. WEI Shujie, Director of the Work Committee Office of Longhua District Education Bureau; Mr. SHE Songjia, Director of PKXYS; Ms. HUANG Zhiyan, the First Secretary of PKXYS, as well as the Principal's Office members and teacher representatives of the school. The meeting was chaired by Mr. WONG Tang Tat Tommy, Principal of PKXYS.

Speech by Secretary ZHAN Xingyao

會上，星耀書記介紹了第一書記情況並提出三點要求：一是恪盡職守，積極作為，緊緊圍繞黨建要點，精心打造特色品牌，全面提升學校黨建工作品質，並深入教師群眾，積極聽取回饋，營造和諧工作氛圍；二是腳踏實地，勇於擔當，時刻把紀律規矩意識擺在首位，切實把榜樣作用發揮出來，師生共同監督，營造風清氣正幹事氛圍；三是齊心協力，彙聚力量，要不斷夯實學校黨建基礎，凝聚各方資源，開展共建工作，實現黨建和業務同頻共振、深度融合，助力學校提質增效。

During the meeting, Secretary ZHAN Xingyao introduced the First Secretary and imposed three requirements: First, work diligently and proactively while focusing on key aspects of Party-building, carefully craft distinctive education brands, enhance the quality of Party-building work of the school, and actively seek feedback from teachers to create a harmonious work atmosphere. Second, remain pragmatic and courageous in taking job responsibilities, prioritize the awareness of discipline and rules, demonstrate the exemplary behavior of role model, and foster a collaborative environment where both teachers and students supervise each other. Third, join hands to continuously consolidate Party-building at the school, gather resources from different sectors, and carry out joint initiatives to achieve a deep integration of Party-building and educational work, thereby enhancing the quality and efficiency of the school.

志雁同志表示，將加強學校的黨員隊伍建設，將黨建工作與教育教學工作深度融合，以高質量黨建引領學校高質量發展；將秉持德育為先的教學理念，培養德才兼備全面發展的時代新人；架接一座橋樑，聚合資源促進融合，緊密聯結區委教育工委和培僑信義學校，將與學校領導一起弘揚愛國傳統，做愛國主義教育的引領者。

Ms. HUANG Zhiyan stated that she will strengthen the construction of the Party members' team, deeply integrate Party-building with educational and teaching activities, and nurture the school's holistic development through high-quality Party-building. She will uphold the teaching philosophy of prioritizing moral education and cultivate well-rounded talents for the new era. She strives to build a link to integrate resources from different sectors, improve the connection between Education Work Committee of Shenzhen Longhua District Committee and PKXYS, work together with the school leadership team to promote patriotism and achieve a leading role in patriotic education.

宋嘉先生向區委教育工委表達了誠摯的謝意，表示學校將一如既往支持第一書記工作，積極落實區委教育工委決策部署，繼續探索實踐深港兩地教育融合，傾力把培僑信義學校打造成市內頂尖、國內一流、國際知名的特色品牌學校和粵港澳大灣區具有創新、示範性的國際化未來學校，實現中西薈萃，深港合璧，培育能為粵港澳大灣區，為中國走向世界作出貢獻的出類拔萃新生代。

Mr. SHE Songjia expressed his sincere gratitude to Education Work Committee of Shenzhen Longhua District Committee, and stated that the school will fully support the First Secretary in her work, and proactively implement the decision and deployment of Education Work Committee of Shenzhen Longhua District Committee. The school will continue to explore the integration between Shenzhen and Hong Kong education, striving to build PKXYS into a locally leading, nationally renowned, and internationally recognized school with a distinctive brand, as well as an innovative and exemplary international school in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. PKXYS aims to nurture brilliant generations for development of the Greater Bay Area and China's global advancement.

Onsite Investigation in the School 

會後，星耀書記一行對學校進行了現場調研，就民辦學校未來的發展方向與學校領導進行了深入討論。星耀書記高度肯定我校的深港融合示範意義及為龍華教育所作的努力，希望校方以派駐第一書記工作為抓手，順勢而為、乘勢而上，融合學校發展要求和辦學特色，積極創建更多高品質的黨建和業務品牌。

After the meeting, Secretary ZHAN Xingyao and his team conducted an onsite investigation in the school and had an in-depth discussion with the school leaders on the future development direction of private schools. Secretary ZHAN highly evaluated the school's role in promoting integration between Shenzhen and Hong Kong education, and recognized the school's contributions to the education of Longhua District. He encouraged us to take the appointment of the First Secretary as a starting point, follow the trend and seize the opportunity, and integrate the school's development needs and educational characteristics, actively creating more high-quality Party-building and education brands.

今後，培僑信義學校將繼續全力支持第一書記開展工作，堅決貫徹黨的教育方針，不斷提升學校教育教學質量，全心全意辦好人民滿意的教育。

Looking forward, PKXYS will continue to fully support the First Secretary in her work, resolutely implement the Party's education policies, constantly improve the school's educational quality, and wholeheartedly provide education that satisfies the people.
