2026-2027 Academic Year Transfer Student Admission Application (Hong Kong Curriculum)

1. Admission Eligibility

Grade 1: Any child born on or before 31st December 2020 and fulfilling the definition of "Hong Kong Children" with good character, excellent academic performance, and outstanding extracurricular achievement is eligible to apply for studying in G1 (Hong Kong Curriculum) of our school. For details, please refer to the "Definition of Hong Kong Children" as listed below.

 

Grade 2 to Grade 10*: Any student who fulfils the definition of "Hong Kong Children" with good character, excellent academic performance, and outstanding extracurricular achievement is eligible to apply for studying in G2 to G10 (Hong Kong Curriculum) of our school. For details, please refer to the"Definition of Hong Kong Children" as listed below.

 

*Note: Grade 10 students are required to take two to three elective subjects and must indicate their subject preferences at the time of registration. The school will offer the following elective subjects and language media for reference: Mathematics Extended Part Module 1 (English), Mathematics Extended Part Module 2 (English), Economics (English), Economics (Chinese), Business, Accounting and Financial Studies (English), Physics (English), Chemistry (English), Biology (English), Biology (Chinese), Geography (English), Geography (Chinese), Chinese History (Chinese), Visual Arts (Chinese), and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) (English). Please note that the above subjects are for preliminary reference only, and the actual subjects offered will be subject to the school's final arrangements. Due to limited subject quotas, we cannot guarantee that every student will be able to enrol in their preferred subjects. We appreciate your understanding.

 

 

2. Application Process

(1). Fill The Registration Form

Those who are interested in enrolling are required to apply online by completing the application form on our school website.

(2). Application Period

From 29th April 2026 to 28th May 2026.

 

(3). Assessment Arrangement

● The school will invite some eligible applicants to join the admission assessment.

● Parents are required to log in to the school's online application system from 16:00 on 4th June 2026 (Thursday) to 8th June 2026 (Monday) using their child's "Candidate Number" to check the detailed assessment arrangements.

● The assessment will be held from June 8 to June 11, 2026, assessment session will last half a day.

● For applicants who are invited to attend the admission assessment, their parents are required to pay assessment system fee of HKD 550. Please note that: The fee is non-refundable.

 

(4). Date of School Commencement

The school term for Transfer students begins in September 2026.

 

 

3. Upload the Required Document(The online registration takes about 60 minutes. Parents need to prepare the soft copy of the following documents, reserve ample registration time, and upload them via our online application system.)

● Student's recent colour photo

● Identity document(s) of student

● Identity document(s) of parents

● Copies of the student's year-end school reports:

· Applying for G1: No need to upload a copy of the transcript.

· Applying for G2: Please upload the copies of year-end school reports for the most recent year

· Applying for G3: Please upload the copies of year-end school reports for the recent 2 years

· Applying for G4 to G10: Please upload the copies of year-end school reports for the recent 3 years

● Student portfolio: Student resume, recommendation letters, records of extra-curricular activities or awards

 

 

4. Admission Criteria for Each Grade (Applicable to Grade 1-10 applications)

● Academic Performance: 30%

● Interview Performance: 40%

● Conduct: 20%

● Extra-curricular Activities / Service: 10%

 

 

5. Fees and Charges for the 2026-2027 Academic Year (An academic year has two terms, and all fees will be adjusted as necessary in subsequent academic years)

(1). Tuition fee

● Enroll in Primary: RMB 67,700 /term, 2 terms/year.

● Enroll in Junior Secondary: RMB 71,000 /term, 2 terms/year.

● Enroll in Senior Secondary: RMB 80,500 /term, 2 terms/year.

 

(2). Boarding fee

● RMB 7,200 /term, 2 terms/year.

● The secondary section of our school adopts a boarding system, and all secondary students are required to board.

 

(3). Meal fee

● Primary: RMB 3,000 /term, 2 terms /year. (Lunch)

● Secondary (Junior and Senior): RMB 7,200 /term, 2 terms /year. (Including breakfast, lunch and dinner)

 

 

6. Remarks

● Secondary school applicants may apply for multiple programmes simultaneously, but separate submissions are required for each. Primary school applicants are only required to choose one programme for application.

● This is a solemn declaration: Our school did not entrust any individuals and organisations with student recruitment or promotion.

● All personal data provided in the application form will be handled by relevant staff of our school. The data will be kept confidential.

● The personal data provided by unsuccessful applicants will be destroyed afterwards.

The Definition of Hong Kong Children

(The student is a holder of the following documents issued by the Immigration Department of the HKSAR):

H1)HKID Card (Permanent)

H2)Documents issued by the Immigration Department of the HKSAR showing right to land / right of abode in Hong Kong

H3)One-way Permit for entry to Hong Kong

H4)Full-time employment visa / work permit

H5)Dependant visa / entry permit (for students who were below 18 years old)*Students holding dependant visa / entry permit who were below 18 years old when they were issued with such visa / entry permit by the Immigration Department of the HKSAR.

H6)Visa / Entry permit for Quality Migrant Admission Scheme

H7)Visa / Entry permit for Capital Investment Entrant Scheme

H8)Visa / Entry permit for Admission Scheme for the Second Generation of Chinese Hong Kong Permanent Residents

H9)Visa label for unconditional stay

 

 

The Definition of Non-Hong Kong Children

(The student is a holder of the following documents issued by the Immigration Department of the HKSAR):

NH1)Applicants who do not hold any of the documents in H1 – H9 listed in the box on left hand side are defined as Non-Hong Kong Children.

NH2)Student visa / entry permit

NH3)Dependant visa / entry permit (for students who were 18 years old or above)*Students holding dependant visa / entry permit who were 18 years old or above when they were issued with such visa / entry permit by the Immigration Department of the HKSAR.
