11月13日，深圳香港培僑書院龍華信義學校（簡稱：培僑信義學校）開展了一場別開生面的專題教育活動——「培僑信義大師課」。此次活動，學校有幸邀請到了南懷瑾大師的曾孫女、南懷瑾文教基金會理事南系如女士作為主講嘉賓。

On 13th November, Shenzhen Hong Kong Pui Kiu College Longhua Xinyi School (PKXYS) held a special educational event - Pui Kiu Xinyi Master Classes. The school was honoured to welcome Ms. Nan Xiru, the great-granddaughter of Master Nan Huaijin and Director of the Nan Huaijin Cultural and Educational Foundation, as the guest speaker.

在「培僑信義大師課」上，南系如女士以「傳統文化與青年立身處世」為主題，深入淺出地剖析了傳統文化的精髓與價值所在。她探討了在這個瞬息萬變的社會，應對各種挑戰的同時，成為一個仁厚大愛、有社會責任感的時代青年。她的演講不僅加深了學生們對傳統文化的理解，更激發了他們傳承和發揚中華文化的使命感與責任感。

During the lecture, Ms. Nan Xiru provided an insightful analysis of the essence and value of traditional culture with the theme of "Traditional Culture and the Positioning of Young People in Society." She explored how young people can navigate the challenges of an ever-changing world while being kind, loving, and socially responsible. Her speech not only deepened students' understanding of traditional culture, but also inspired them to take on the responsibility of preserving and promoting Chinese culture.

南系如女士的演講內容不僅豐富而且深刻，她深入淺出地分享了南懷瑾大師的智慧，如“人貴自立”掌握一項獨立謀生的專長等核心理念。她詳細闡述了這些理念在現代社會中的應用和意義，使聽眾能夠更好地理解和吸收。在演講中，她還引用了南懷瑾大師的名言，例如「一個人一輩子，做一件事情對社會大眾有貢獻，對國家民族，對整個的社會，都是一種貢獻，這才算是事業。」這句話深刻地強調了個人對社會的貢獻和責任，提醒我們在追求個人發展的同時，不應忽視對社會的回饋。

Ms. Nan's speech was not only informative but also thought-provoking. Drawing on the wisdom of Master Nan Huaijin, she shared core concepts, such as the importance of "self-reliance" and mastering a skill that allows one to make a living independently. She also elaborated on the application and significance of these concepts in modern society so that the audience could better understand them. Quoting Master Nan's famous words, "A person's life is considered a career when he does something that contributes to the community, to the nation, and to the society as a whole," she reminded everyone of the responsibility to contribute to society while pursuing personal growth.

在演講中，南系如女士引用了Chris Rock的名言「我總是在高速路上拋錨。當我站在路邊試圖攔車幫忙時，沒有人會停下來。但當我開始推自己的車，很多司機會自然而然地下車和我一起推。如果你需要幫助，請先幫助你自己。」借助這句名言，鼓勵大家固本培元，守住內心的寧靜與通達，以輕鬆的心態看待世界，以積極的態度面對生活中的各種挑戰。

At one point in her speech, Ms. Nan quoted comedian Chris Rock: "I'd always end up broken down on the highway. When I stood there trying to flag someone down, nobody stopped. But when I pushed my own car, other drivers would get out and push with me. If you want help, help yourself." She used this to encourage students to build inner strength, maintain peace of mind, and approach life's challenges with a positive, proactive attitude.

此外，南系如女士還分享了與生活、工作息息相關的人生決要：獨立謀生的本領、樂天知命的體悟、獨立思考的能力及卓爾不群的品質。她詳細解釋了每一個原則的內涵和在實際生活中的應用，希望學生們能夠將這些原則內化於心、外化於行，成為能夠為社會做出貢獻的人。

Ms. Nan also shared her life principles: the ability to support oneself, a positive outlook on life, independent thinking, and outstanding qualities. She explained how these principles can be applied in everyday life and urged students to embrace them, internalising them so they can make a meaningful contribution to society.

這次「培僑信義大師課」于培僑師生而言，不僅是一次知識的盛宴，更是一次心靈的洗禮。我們期待在今後的教學活動中，能夠培養出更多具有國際視野和深厚文化底蘊的優秀學子，為社會發展貢獻自己的力量。

This lecture provided PKXYS students and staff with much more than just knowledge; it was a truly enriching experience for the spirit. Looking ahead, we are committed to nurturing more outstanding students with a global perspective and a deep cultural understanding, empowering them to contribute to the development of our society.
