2026-27 Admissions Seminar Concludes Successfully with Over 3,000 Attendees

Head Principal WU Yuk Chi: One to Two Additional Classes May Be Added at Each Grade if Needed

On 20th December 2025, Shenzhen Hong Kong Pui Kiu College Longhua Xinyi School (PKXYS) successfully hosted its Admissions Seminar for the 2026-2027 academic year, introducing the Hong Kong Curriculum, International Integrated Curriculum, and Mainland Curriculum. The campus was thoughtfully prepared, with teachers and student helpers warmly welcoming guests and presenting commemorative gifts, creating a friendly and attentive atmosphere that made everyone feel at home. Student helpers greeted guests with enthusiasm and assisted with gift distribution, creating a welcoming and attentive atmosphere that truly made visitors feel at home.

Following the welcome session, our Principals and Assistant Principals delivered curriculum briefings. Teachers and students from both the Primary and Secondary divisions showcased a wide range of subject learning, complemented by guided campus tours that offered visitors an in-depth look at our learning environment. Let's revisit some of the highlights from the day!

Curriculum Briefings

The school leadership team delivered an in-depth introduction to the Pui Kiu education system, outlining the school's educational philosophy and development vision. The Primary and Secondary divisions provided clear explanations of the Hong Kong Curriculum, International Integrated Curriculum, and Mainland Curriculum, covering curriculum design, language of instruction, and progression pathways. The admissions process was explained in detail by dedicated staff, followed by an interactive Q&A session where parents' questions were addressed with care and clarity. In response to parents' enquiries about admissions planning, Head Principal WU Yuk Chi noted that application numbers are expected to increase. If necessary, the school plans to add one to two additional classes at each grade in the coming academic year.

Subject Exhibition

Teachers and students from both divisions presented a vibrant range of subject learning, including Languages, Chinese Culture and Moral Education, Mathematics, Physical Education, Music, Student Development, Visual Arts, Performing Arts, STEM, and Person, Life and Society. These displays highlighted students' diverse learning achievements.

The Secondary division featured over 20 exhibition booths, showcasing academic outcomes and student activities across the Hong Kong, international, and Mainland curricula.

The Primary division presented multidisciplinary learning in Languages, Mathematics, STEM, Arts, and Physical Education.

All displays were jointly planned by teachers and students, vividly reflecting the school's commitment to whole-person education.

Campus Tour

Visitors toured classrooms, the School History Gallery, lecture halls, student dormitories, football pitch, climbing wall, library, and laboratories, experiencing first-hand the school's facilities and vibrant campus culture.

The event not only offered parents and students a deeper understanding of our educational philosophy and learning environment, but also showcased the enthusiasm and vitality of our school community. We sincerely thank all families for their support and trust, and we look forward to working together to witness our students' growth and future success.

Admission Application Procedure

Applications for new student intake for the 2026-2027 academic year are now open. Applicants wishing to apply for a place at the school must complete the online application form via the school's admissions system.
