In the hot summer, after the intense examinations came to an end, Shenzhen Hong Kong Pui Kiu College Longhua Xinyi School (PKXYS) arranged a series of rich and diverse student-led post-exam activities across the curricula, aiming to enrich students' campus life.

3rd July

The finals of the Singing and Dancing Contest held by the Student Union were held, showcasing the diverse talents and self-confidence of the students.

4th July

The four Houses jointly organised an inter-house debate competition with the most popular theme—Artificial Intelligence, allowing students to debate whether students should use AI to complete their homework.

On the same day, the "Campus Festival" booth games and stage performances co-organised by the Student Union and ACGN Club were not only creative, but also full of fun and challenges. They not only showed the excellent organising skills and team spirit of the committee members, but also allowed students to gain a lot from the games and interactions.

7th July

The Physical Education Department and the Extracurricular Activities Department arranged a special sharing session and invited well-known guests to the campus, including: Ms. YIP Puiyin, a famous badminton player from Hong Kong, China, and Mr. HE Jungang, an inheritor of Shenzhen's intangible cultural heritage. Students not only had the opportunity to make traditional straw paintings by themselves, but also to compete with Hong Kong athletes in their skills!

8-9th July

Grades 8 and 9 students visited the newly opened Science and Technology Museum in Guangming District, and also participated in their long-awaited "PKXYS Running Man" campus game, consolidating the friendship between teachers and students in sweat and laughter.

10th July

In the morning, the members of various interest clubs were no less impressive. Cantonese learning, film, photography, boxing, model United Nations, karaoke and other interest clubs confidently demonstrated their learning results over the past year, with their wonderful sharing winning rounds of applause.

In the afternoon, Grades 8 and 9 inter-class performances were held, and each class shone brightly. The class teachers and students presented a variety of performances, showcasing their talents, creativity and team spirit.

11th July

While cleaning classrooms, the students also made the most of the last day by playing dodgeball and curling, bringing their post-exam activities to a perfect close.

The above series of post-exam activities led by students brought a successful end to the learning journey of this academic year. PKXYS students polished their skills in the activities, broke through their limits in the challenges, and made themselves shine more diversely and brilliantly outside the classroom!
